Today my visa was granted, so from 16 to 21 of july, I'm going to be in NY.

Any advices?

I'm thinking of renting a Camaro/Mustang for one day, for a little trip!

For enduring my cheering, here's my dream car

I didn't know you needed a visa for a brief visit to the US. Where are you from?

Go to yellowstone or yosemite or the grand canyon or something like that. See the land. Experience the bigness.

Brazil! But nowadays, the visa is just a burocratic issue... not as ahrd to get as used to be

near Manhatan.

besides the 17th, when my fiancee insisted on going to Hamptons, the other days we're going to stay in "the big apple".

For me, there two places that I need to visit: the natural history museum (I'm a dinofreak) and the Empire state.

Make sure you leave AMPLE time for the Hamptons cause its quite far from NYC.

How far?? 100miles?

Tks for the heads up... but since I'm going to rent a nice car to drive there, I'll guess the farthest, the better !!hehe

The original plans was that I was going to NYC in the 14th, and go to Boston from there to meet my fiancee.

But since the finance speaks louder, I'm only going in the 17th and directly to NY

About 90-100 miles, depending on which way you go.

NYC! You should go to a Jewish deli and get corned beef on rye bread and chocolate babka (cake). Also bagels. And you should go to one of the many, many pizza shops. If you like art museums, check out MoMA or the Met. Go for a run (or a walk) around Central Park.

Tks for the tips...

the Met is on my list, as is Central Park (and I have big plans for it!)

Bagels are something I want to try!

As for the pizza... I want to know if our pizza is better than yours. LOL
